The Doctors

Dr Judith A Greenwood MB ChB (Glasgow 1976) DRCOG	Dr Greenwood joined the practice in 1990. Before that she worked for several years in Bermuda. She has particular interests in women's and children's health. Dr Greenwood is married with one son.
Dr David J Hammond MB ChB (Leeds 1994) BSc (Hons) DRCOG DFFP MRCGP	Dr Hammond came to York in 1994 and has worked in the District Hospital and other local GP practices since then. He joined the practice in 2000. His medical interests include children's health, diabetes and general medicine. Dr Hammond is married with three children.
Dr Mandeep S Ahluwalia MB ChB (Aberdeen 1997) DRCOG MRCGP DPD	Dr Ahluwalia came to York in 1999 and worked in York Hospital and other local GP practices. He joined the practice in 2003. He has particular interests in skin problems, respiratory medicine and medical education. He works in the Dermatology Clinic at York Hospital one morning each week.
Dr Jane L Inwood MB ChB (Leicester 1994) FRCS (Eng) FRCS (oto) DCH DRCOG MRCGP DFFP	Dr Inwood moved to York in 1999. She joined the practice in 2007. Her clinical interests include ear nose and throat conditions and women's and children's health. She works in the Ear Nose and Throat Outpatient Clinic at York Hospital one morning a week.
We Practice together as a non-limited partnership.

We currently have a nursing vacancy that we hope to fill very soon. The nursing team can deal with a variety of health issues including health promotion, vaccinations, contraception, cervical smears, dressings, ear syringing, smoking cessation and blood taking. They are also involved with the care of patients with ongoing conditions such as hypertension, asthma and diabetes.

Health Care Assistants

The HCA's can see new patients for health checks, take blood pressures and do blood tests.

Practice Staff
Our secretarial and administration team are Dawn, Jayne and Melanie. Our reception team are Sally, Pauline, Sarah, Debbie, Jean and Julie. They are available to help you access the care or treatment that you need.

Practice Manager
Jacqui Chilcott is our Practice Manager and is here to ensure the smooth running of the practice. She works closely with the Partners and the rest of the team. She would be happy to hear from you with comments and suggestions. Please also contact her if you have any problems with any aspect of the practice.
