How Do I.... Register With The Practice?

New patients are welcome. You can register at either reception. Please bring your NHS medical card if possible. You will need to complete a form for each person. We will ask you to make an appointment for general health screening with one of our Health Care Assistants and/or to see your new doctor. We need to document your past history and feel it is important for us to meet you.
