How do I... Make An Appointment?

* Can be booked by phone or in person
* Can be made with a doctor or nurse (please ask when booking if you are unsure who you need to see)
* Can be booked up to three weeks ahead
* Last 10 minutes - please discuss with the receptionist when booking if you think you may need longer

How do I... Obtain A Home Visit?

We encourage our patients to see us at the surgery if at all possible. Home visits are for people who because of their illness or condition are physically incapable of leaving home. If you feel that you need to be visited at home then please ring by 10.00am. The receptionist will need to take some details from you. A doctor or nurse may ring you back to make sure that a visit is necessary and decide on the best way forward.

How do I... Obtain Test Results?

* Please ring the surgery after 2.00pm a week after you have had tests carried out
* If appropriate, you may be asked to make an appointment to discuss your results with the doctor or nurse
* We are not usually able to give results of tests requested by hospital specialists
