* Let us know if you are unable to attend an appointment or no longer need it so we can offer it to someone else.
* Inform us if your contact details change. It is important that we can contact you.
* Plan ahead if you can request repeat prescriptions BEFORE you run out.
* Make routine appointments 10 days ahead if possible.
* Contact our Practice Manager if you have ideas or suggestions about how we can improve our services.
